Pricelist
Keikkalasku pricing is flat and transparent: the service fee is €5 for invoices up to €100 and €10 for larger ones – no percentage of the invoiced sum and no hidden costs. You only pay for invoices you send.
With the same invoice, billing for a working period of several days does not increase costs. So you can save by bundling several jobs done for the same customer into one invoice.
What is included in the price?
- Creating and sending the invoice
- Paying your wage and remitting the withholding tax
- Reports to authorities: the Incomes Register and the Tax Administration
- Group invoicing – the whole team’s fees on one invoice
- Customer support where a real person always answers

For persons liable for YEL insurance
In addition to the service fee, the only expense is the amount charged for the compulsory health insurance contribution, which depends on the share of the gross profit (in 2026 1.91%). This additional charge is only charged to those whose billings and other entrepreneurial income exceed 9423,09€ a year, or who have valid YEL insurance.
